Bob Wright, P.E.- has over 27 years of civil engineering design experience in utilities and site development design. He has developed knowledge of residential and commercial onsite wastewater systems. He has worked on a large number of projects designing water systems, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage and has general project management experience. Mr. Wright is licensed in Alaska, Washington, and Colorado. Bob is an instructor for the NAWT certification program. Kate Carney, M.S.- An OWS designer for CHURCH Onsite Wastewater Consultants (COWC) with experience in water quality and aquatic biology. She has a clear understanding of the principles of onsite wastewater system design, site evaluation, soils and bedrock assessment, percolation testing and design of replacement components for failing systems. Kate is NAWT and CIOWTS certified. Kate is also the President of the Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater. Ed Church P.E. is currently working on retirement
